The Iceberg Illusion

I saw this graphic and immediately thought of SERENDIPITY HEARING, INC. – ALL of us! It was encouraging to me and made me want to take a minute to encourage all of you too. We work HARD. What we do every day is CHALLENGING. It’s easy, if we let ourselves, to focus on the challenges and setbacks rather than the VICTORIES we experience every day.

HEAR ME -- I want you all to know that Clay and I know. We know at the very core of our being, that you all make us a huge SUCCESS. All the hard work that goes on behind the scenes doesn’t go unnoticed:
