NEW HCPCS CODE SETS FOR 2019
Below are the highlighted changes to the CROS / BiCROS Hearing Aid codes as implemented by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
The changes are effective as of January 1st, 2019.
Existing codes in RED are to be used when submitting a TAR and billing for Straight Medi-Cal only until further notice!
NEW codes in BLUE are to be used when requesting Auths and billing for ALL other Insurances effective immediately!
All other Codes remain active and as-is.
