Annual Compliance Training

The Annual Mandatory Staff and Provider training courses are now available and can be done online through Serendipity Resources - Training - 2019 Annual Compliance Training. (click on the link for direct access)

Each training course is available in Adobe Acrobat PDF format for easy to read material.

Please completed these courses no later than April 19th.

We will be submitting a Group Attestation of completion on your behalf, however If requested by the Insurance / Medical Group, you may need to sign an individual attestation that you have completed the required training(s). I will forward any such requested forms to you for signature via email.

3. Dual - Special Need Patients - Model of Care

4. HIPAA Privacy and Security

5. Medicare, combating Fraud, Waste, and Abuse

6. Medicare, General Compliance Training

7. CalOptima, OneCare Connect (Orange County staff only)

8. CalOptima OneCare Model of Care (Orange County staff only)

The Annual Sexual Misconduct Training will be available in Mid April and will be distributed through HR.
