"Just Asking" a Favor!

I wanted to take a few minutes to "Just Ask" you all for a favor. What's the catch? My favor could actually impact hiring results in your clinic!

I'd like to take a moment to introduce you all to Glassdoor. Glassdoor is a website where current and former employees anonymously review companies and their management. I like to refer to it as Yelp for employees.

Last year, The Harris Poll surveyed 1100 job seekers and employees on the top factors they look for in job ads. A whopping 32% of those surveyed said that employee reviews were among the top factors they consider when seeking a new position. This indicates that employee reviews on both Indeed and Glassdoor are becoming more important than ever in our recruitment efforts.

Of our 28 Glassdoor reviews and 11 Indeed reviews, only 5 of these reviews were completed in the past year! We've continued asking for your feedback on surveys but now is the time to let your future colleagues know how you feel about working for Sonus!

So here I am, just asking you all to hop onto Glassdoor or Indeed when you have a moment and complete a review. They can take as little time as 5 minutes or you can write us a review as long as your heart desires! Adding a review is not mandatory but is completely anonymous. We only get to see your review, there is no name option similar to Yelp.
