Each clinic kit will contain:

These have been allocated one per person so if you

work in multiple clinics please be sure to take

yours with you.

A non-contact infrared thermometer.

5 clear panel disposable white face masks

(for professional use by Provider/PCC only)

1 package of 10 blue disposable face masks

for patient use only

(have these on hand for patients that do not have a mask)

4 reusable cloth masks for professional use (Provider/PCC)

Look for these kits to be hand delivered, in most cases, to your clinics within a week.
