A Sad Goodbye

I am very sad to report that our "HR Gabby" is relocating to Texas with her family and will no longer be a part of our Sonus family. Well, I think she will always be "family" to us, but she won't be in our daily lives anymore as of November 20th.

Gabby, thank you so much for showing us what having "in house" HR could mean for our company. Your skills are exemplary and your work ethic is like few I've seen in my 16 years of management. You have set the bar very high for your replacement. I, of course, hoped you'd stay forever and grow with Sonus, but I am happy for you as you embark on this next chapter of your life with your family.

We are so fortunate that Gabby has agreed to be a consultant for us as we hire and train her replacement. We've already begun the interview process and hope to have someone starting very soon. We will keep you all in the loop as we work hard and fast to find the right person. Stay tuned for instructions on who to contact for various HR needs.
